Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms applicable to the purchase of the full PDF report and the Ghost Mode option on RoastMyUrl.

Article 1

Article 2

Products

RoastMyUrl offers a free online audit preview. Two paid products are available: (1) the full PDF report, which unlocks the complete detail of each analyzed module and the recommendations; (2) the "Ghost Mode" option, which excludes your site from the public leaderboard.

Article 3

Price

Full PDF report: €29 incl. tax. Ghost Mode option: €1 incl. tax for the first 30 days after launch, then €2 incl. tax. Prices are shown tax included, in euros. Payment is a one-time purchase, with no subscription.

Article 4

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment provider (Stripe). No card data is stored by RoastMyUrl. Payment occurs at the time of report download.

Article 5

Delivery

The PDF report is made available immediately after payment confirmation, by download. The Ghost Mode option takes effect as soon as payment is confirmed.

Article 6

Technical compatibility and audience measurement

Sovereign audience measurement relies on a first-party script the client installs on their pages and on a TXT record in their DNS zone. Its operation depends on the technical configuration of the client site. In particular, a site enforcing a restrictive Content-Security-Policy (a self-only policy) will have its browser block the script or the requests to an external domain: this is a protection imposed by the browser, common to every audience-measurement tool on the market, and not a defect of the service. The client must then allow our domain in their own policy.

No refund may be claimed on the grounds of an incompatibility arising from the client site configuration (Content-Security-Policy, blockers, or any client-side restriction) where the client has not applied the adjustments indicated on the activation page. The procedure is publicly documented before any purchase.

Article 7

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, once the customer has given express consent and waived the right of withdrawal.

By confirming your purchase, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service (generation and access to the PDF report) and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is supplied.

Article 8

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of Koperateur Consultings registered office (Pau).
